Adam Huffman’s Colbalt OLED Touchscreen Bluetooth Pocket Watch Concept

This decidedly modern take on the traditional pocket watch, designed by Adam Huffman and known as the Colbalt, affords us a tantalising glimpse as to the future of pocket watches with its somewhat delicious fusion of the traditional with the modern.

Featuring a round OLED touchscreen, the Colbalt not only serves to convey the time and date but is also envisaged as offering voicemail, email and texting capabilities thanks to integrated Bluetooth connectivity (linking the Colbalt, we assume, to your mobile, for example) and, naturally, it also comes complete with voice recognition software allowing for voice commands and voice messaging.
Should Adam Huffman’s Colbalt ever actually see the light of day, and we sincerely hope it does, you can rest assured that we’ll be joining you at the front of the queue. Absolutely beautiful.
